The technical challenge was building a custom healthcare platform — a cloud-native SaaS operating system — that makes this safe, scalable, and regulatorily defensible, with no prior model to follow. Every process that a physical clinic handles through physical infrastructure had to be reimagined as software: credentialing, consent, scheduling, route optimization, inventory, clinical documentation, and compliance.
