Aesthetic treatment — Botox, dermal fillers, hair restoration — has historically required a physical clinic or med spa. Patients drive to appointments. Providers work fixed locations. The infrastructure assumption is a building.
Aesthetics To Go was founded on a different premise: vetted, credentialed aesthetic providers traveling directly to patients — at home, at the office, wherever they prefer. No waiting rooms. No clinic overhead. Clinical-grade treatment delivered on the patient's terms.
The technical challenge was building a custom healthcare platform — a cloud-native SaaS operating system — that makes this safe, scalable, and regulatorily defensible, with no prior model to follow. Every process that a physical clinic handles through physical infrastructure had to be reimagined as software: credentialing, consent, scheduling, route optimization, inventory, clinical documentation, and compliance.
The ATG platform is not a scheduling app with some clinical features added. It's a full clinical operating system with eight integrated subsystems — each purpose-built, each designed to work together as a single operating layer for mobile aesthetic delivery.
A seven-agent autonomous system handles provider and patient acquisition end-to-end — from discovery through outreach to conversion — running 24/7 with built-in human oversight.

ATG was not built in a sprint. Every layer was designed, built, tested, and iterated — with IP protection filed as the platform matured. This is the condensed sequence.
The provisional patent covers the core inventions in the ATG platform: the AI-powered clinical scheduling engine, real-time route optimization for mobile provider delivery, and the procedure simulation system. Filing under Infotech Inc. as inventor and assignee.
We take on a small number of client engagements for clinical and healthcare SaaS development. If you're serious about building in this space, let's talk.
